This dynamic project combines industrial chic with residential comfort, featuring over 200 amenity-rich rental homes, creative industrial spaces, and state-of-the-art offices. Siber Facade Group's involvement in crafting the facade has been pivotal in realizing a design that is both efficient and inspiring, contributing to the diversity and sustainability of the community.
Siber's Scope
Utilization of multiple façade systems, Window Wall, Unitized Curtain Wall and Stick-built Curtain Wall allowed Siber to perform a complete design and execution of this project.
Residential tower featured a triple glazed Window Wall system with superior thermal and acoustic performance. The SBLS-720 Lift-and-Slide door in triple glazing is providing effortless operation while maintaining an excellent thermal performance.
Siber Facade Group developed a facade that not only highlights the building's unique identity but also promotes energy efficiency and comfort, reflecting the diversity of the spaces within.
