Siber Facade Group's expertise in facade engineering contributed to creating an iconic building that harmonizes with the dynamic energy of Gastown, Coal Harbour, and the neighboring Waterfront Station.
Siber's Scope
State-of-the-Art Facade:
Siber Facade Group implemented a cutting-edge glass facade that not only defines the building's iconic form but also optimizes natural light, offering expansive views and a connection to the cityscape.The construction of 320 Granville prioritized sustainability, featuring eco-friendly materials and systems to reduce the building’s carbon footprint and ensure energy efficiency. A key focus was integrating the building with the city's fabric. The entry plaza and triple-height lobby provide a seamless transition from the bustling streets to the tranquil, upscale interiors.
Siber Façade Group has utilized a customized SBCW-720 Unitized CW System with bead blast finish stainless steel inlays, highlighting the light reflections at different times of the day. A custom LED implementation into the Curtain Wall, to highlight the “ripples” of the building provide a completely different look of the building at night.
